Salary of a textile engineer depends on the college from which the candidate has graduates as well as the job profile that the candidate has been offered. Fresh graduates can expect salaries varying from Rs. 2 lakh to Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum, however, candidates in the managing profiles can also earn up to Rs. 7 lakh per annum. Salary packages improve with experience and further education and experienced candidates can earn up to Rs. 10 lakh per annum.
Both are highly regarded textile design colleges. However, admission to NID is more difficult. NID has fewer seats available due to the limited number of campuses, whereas NIFT has campuses in various parts of India and a larger intake capacity. Furthermore, NID has a higher placement rate than NIFT.
The basic BHMS syllabus is almost similar for both state and national-level entrance exams. It comprises the entire science stream coursework of 11th and 12th Standard, especially the CBSE board.
The average salary of a BHMS graduate can range between INR 2,00,000 to INR 10,00,000, based on the kind of job, expertise and work experience they have. The salary in private job sector is vastly different from than of government job sector.
Candidates wishing to take admission in BHMS Course are required to appear for the NEET entrance exam. Based on the qualifying examination, candidates are shortlisted for BHMS admission.
