What is the TANCET application process and syllabus for Anna University?

The TANCET entrance exam syllabus differs depending on the topic the applicant is appearing for; for example, the MBA syllabus has five sections: business analysis, reading comprehension, verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, and data sufficiency. Engineering Mathematics, Basic Engineering & Sciences, and specialist studies, depending on the programme, make up the three sections of the M.E./M.Tech/M.Arch. syllabus. Additionally, themes from the four sections of the MCA syllabus—quantitative aptitude, computer awareness, logical reasoning, and analytical reasoning—are covered.

At LPU Student may apply for and collect his/ her DMC(s) after the declaration of the result of the concerned term either in person from the university campus or through post by submitting, along with the prescribed fee, a self-addressed duly stamped A-4 size envelope for supplying the DMC(s).

No, Anna University admissions are offered on the basis of entrance exam scores followed by a counselling process. For admission to B.Tech courses, you have to register for TNEA counselling. For Anna University admissions to PG courses such as M.Tech and MBA, you have to appear and qualify in CEETA-PG and TANCET, respectively.
