A candidate with a valid OJEE 2024 score is eligible to participate in the OJEE counselling process 2024. The documents required for OJEE 2024 counselling are OJEE 2024 score card, academic documents, admit card, catagory certificate, ID proof etc.

Documents Required for OJEE 2024 Counselling

List of Documents Required for OJEE 2024 Counselling: The essential documents required for OJEE 2024 counselling are Class 10+2 Pass Certificate and Marksheet, Final Diploma Pass Certificate and Marksheet, B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharm pass certificate for PGAT (M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan/M.Pharm, valid score card of OJEE 2024, JEE/  MAINCATMATXATATMANIMCETGATEGPAT score card, navigation certificate, work experience certificate (if any) and category certificate. All rank holders shall be eligible to take part in the process of counselling. The exam will commence on May 6th, 2024 and candidates those who will qualify in the exam is eligible for counselling.

The OJEE 2024 counselling process is expected to start in the month of July, 2024 and the registration is likely to begin in the third week of July. Candidates who are allotted seats as a part of the OJEE seat allotment need to visit the nodal reporting centres for document verification and admission fee payment. Documents Required for OJEE 2024 Counselling

For the OJEE 2024 counseling process, several documents are typically required for verification. These include the candidate's admit card and rank card issued by the OJEE authority. Additionally, proof of date of birth, such as a birth certificate or class 10th certificate, is necessary. Academic certificates and mark sheets from qualifying exams are also essential, along with category certificates for reserved category candidates. Furthermore, candidates need to provide their residence certificate, income certificate, and any other relevant documents as specified by the counseling authorities.   • Final Diploma Pass Certificate and Marksheet- For Lateral Entry to B.Tech 

  • BCA, B.Sc IT/CSE Pass Certificate and Marksheet- For MCA 

  • B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharm pass certificate for PGAT (M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan/M.Pharm.

Score Card

  • Scorecard (OJEE/JEE (Main)/ or 

  • Scorecard of CAT/ XAT/ CMAT /MAT / ATMA /GATE / GPAT / NIMCET etc. depending on the course of counselling

Nativity Certificate

 Resident/Nativity Certificate in original from concerned Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar.

Work Experience

  • .Full-time work experience certificate of a minimum of two years in a registered firm / Company / Industry / Educational and / Government, Autonomous Organisation in the relevant field in which admission is sought for admission to M.Tech (Part-Time). 

  • The candidate has to submit a No Objection Certificate from the present employer for admission to the course at the time of document verification. 

For Ex-Serviceman

 Candidates have to apply at Rajya Sainik Board and verify whether their name is recommended or not.

Other

  • Category Certificate

  • Original SC/ST certificate by the birth state of Odisha

  • Original Certificate in support of Outlying Odia Speaking Track (OL) category

  • .Income Certificate for TFW candidates for the year 2024. 

  • Certificate of Employment of candidate’s Parent / Spouse. Employer: Govt. of Odisha / Govt. of India / Govt. of India undertakings / Govt. of Odisha undertakings located in Odisha at the time of application.

  • Certificates/ Documents in support of NRI
