  • For BA LLB Programme: Candidates should complete their Class XII or any other equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks from CBSE or any other recognized board in any discipline/subject.
  • For the LLB programme: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/subject with a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • For the LLM programme: Candidates should have completed their 3 years of Bachelor’s degree (LLB) or 5 years of Bachelor’s degree (BA LLB ) with 45% aggregate marks. The LL.B or BA LLB degrees should be provided by a recognized Indian law college/institute according to the BCI (Bar Council of India) norms.
  • Age Criteria: There is no age limit to apply for the LSAT India 2025 examination. Candidates will have to check the age limit determined by various colleges / institutions to which they are seeking admission.
  • Law aspirants who will fulfil these requirements will be eligible to take the exam and finally apply for admission to law colleges/institutes. Those who do not fulfil the LSAT India 2025 eligibility criteria will be disqualified from participating in the LSAT admission process. Only eligible candidates will be able to download their LSAT India admit cards and appear for the exam.

LSAT India 2025 Eligibility Criteria for 5 Year LLB

The detailed LSAT 2025 eligibility criteria for the Integrated law programme (5 year LLB) are given below:

  • Candidates will have to qualify in class 10+2 from a recognised institute in order to appear for the LSAT India 2025.
  • The candidate will have to score 50% in the aggregate of the last qualifying marks.

LSAT India 2025 Eligibility Criteria for 3 Year LLB

  • Candidates will have to qualify in class 10+2 from a recognised institute in order to appear for the LSAT India 2025.
  • Candidates will have to score at least 55% in the last qualifying examination. 

LSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria for LLM

The detailed LSAT 2025 eligibility criteria for the LLM programme are given below:

  • All the candidates applying for LLM must hold an LLB degree from a recognised Institute of Bar Council of India. 
  • The applicant must score 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • 5% relaxation is given to the reserved category (SC / ST / PwD) which means that the candidates belonging to the reserved category must score 50% in the examination.
