JIPMER MBBS 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality | Applicant should be an Indian citizen. Applicants with Foreign Nationality should take prior permission from Medical Council of India. It is necessary for the applicants living overseas to be registered under Section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955. A proof of Registration as OCI should be submitted at the time of application.

Academic Qualification
| General category applicants should secure at least 50% marks, whereas 40% marks should be secured by OBC, SC, ST, OPH category. 45% marks are required for General and OPH category in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology subjects.
Applicants should have qualified class 12th or equivalent exam from a recognised board. Applicants should have passed class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology subjects.
