The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board is the official conducting body of BCECE exam 2024. BCECE Board is constituted under Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act, 1995. Every year, the Board conducts and regulates competitive examinations in various fields such as Engineering, Pharmacy and Agriculture that are offered by various institutes in Bihar.

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) will release the BCECE 2024 dates in the official notification. Candidates can check the tentative BCECE 2024 exam dates given below. 

The BCECE 2024 eligibility criteria have been set down by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. The eligibility criteria of BCECE 2024 are related to information about the age, nationality, and education of the candidate. To appear in the BCECE 2024 exam, it is mandatory for candidates to comply with the eligibility guidelines failing which they will not be allowed to apply for the BCECE exam 2024.

BCECE 2024 Eligibility Criteria for Engineering Course

• Education: Applicants must have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
• Subjects: Applicants must have completed qualifying examinations in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Minimum Marks: To be eligible, applicants must have received at least 45% (45% for SC/ST applicants).
• Appearance: Applicants who will take the final exam in 2024 may also apply for the BCECE 2024.

Or

• Passed a minimum of three years of diploma examinations with at least 45% (40% for applicants from the restricted category) subject to openings in the first year, if lateral entrance vacancies are exhausted.

BCECE 2024 Eligibility Criteria for Pharmacy Course

• Qualifications: Applicants must have passed or be taking their 12th grade from a recognized board.
• Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for taking the test.
• Minimum Marks: To be eligible for admission, applicants must have received at least 45% (45% for SC/ST applicants).
• Subjects: To be qualified, applicants must have a PCM/PCB stream in their qualifying exams.

The Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE) will release the BCECE application form 2024 on its official website. The candidates are required to fill out the BCECE 2024 application form with all necessary information before the last date to be eligible for the exam. Candidates have to pay an application fee to register for the entrance exam. Check the BCECE 2024 registration process given below.

Step 1: Registration

Visit the BCECE 2024 official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and register yourself by filling out the registration form and providing details like adhar card, phone number, and email ID. Candidates will send registration confirmation mail on their provided email ID and login credentials.

After this, the candidate will log in to his account to submit the application form online, for which he will enter his registered email ID and the password given in the order of registration, click on the "Sign In" button, and complete the further process.  Keep the password given by you during registration confidential.

Step 2: Personal Information

Login with your ID and password and provide personal details and click on submit and continue. 

Step 3: Upload Documents

After filling in personal information candidates should upload the required documents like a passport-size photograph, and signature, in the specified format

Step 4: Educational Details

Provide all of your educational details asked like Class 10+ 2 marks, scorecard, mark sheet, etc, and click on submit and continue

Step 5: Preview your Application

Preview your BCECE 2024 application form and verify the details provided. If you want to make any changes click on the Back to Edit option to make changes and then click on Submit and continue. Then submit the form by giving your declaration.

Step 6: Pay Application Fees

After previewing your application form click on Proceed to Payment option and pay the BCECE 2024 application fees. If you want to pay the examination fee online like through a credit card or debit card or net banking through your UPI, then select the online option from the payment mode displayed on the computer screen.

Note: There is no provision of paying BCECE application form 2024 fees in offline mode this year

Step 7: (Download Part-A & Part-B)

After making the payment by the date and time fixed by the Board, the candidate should download the hard copy (Part A and Part B) of the BCECE application form 2024 filled by him and keep it safe with him.

Candidates can check the highlights of the BCECE 2024 exam pattern given below.

• The BCECE 2024 exam will be administered using pen and paper (OMR).
• The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes for each paper
• The question paper will have objective style Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• The number of questions in the paper will be 100 in total.
• The paper will be written in English and Hindi.
• For each correct response given in the BCECE 2024 exam, four marks will be awarded, and 1 mark will be deducted for each erroneous answer.

The syllabus of BCECE 2024 is in correspondence with Class 11 and Class 12 level subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and Agriculture. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will release the BCECE 2024 admit card ten to fifteen days before the exam. Candidates will be able to access the hall ticket of BCECE exam 2024 from its official website using their login credentials. The BCECE admit card 2024 is an important document that must be carried to the examination centre failing which candidates will not be allowed to take the exam.

BCECE 2024 result is expected to be released in the last week of July 2024 by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examinations Board in online mode. Candidates will be able to access their BCECE result 2024 on the official website of BCECEB and enter their login credentials like roll number and password. Admission to the various colleges of Bihar will be granted based on the result of the BCECE 2024 exam.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will conduct the BCECE counselling 2024 for candidates who will qualify the BCECE 2024 exam. To participate in the BCECE 2024 counselling process, candidates will have to register themselves, fill out their preferred choice of colleges and courses and get their documents verified at the counselling venue to confirm their admission. Qualified candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their preferred choices, merit, and availability of seats during counselling.
