The domicile requirement for the BCECE exam 2024 states that the candidate's parents should be permanent residents of Bihar or the candidate's parents be registered as refugees from Bihar. If the candidate's parents are employed by the Bihar government but reside in separate states or the candidate's parents are employed with national unions and are now stationed in Bihar. In all such cases, the candidate is eligible for the BCECE 2024 exam.
