AIBE (18) 2023 Exam Postponed for the Third TimeAIBE (18) 2023 Exam Postponed: As per the latest press note released by the Bar Council of India on November 7, the examination for AIBE XVIII 2023 has once again been postponed, making it the third time the exam has been postponed. According to the most recent schedule, the All India Bar Examination is now postponed to December 10, 2023. However, like the previous dates, AIBE 18 is once again clashing with AILET PG 2023, thus raising another possibility of the postponement of the examination.
“The decision to the AIBE has been taken due to a clash with CLAT PG exam and MP State Judicial PT which are also slated for the same day (December 3),” so reads the official postponement notification of BCI. “We have received multiple communications from concerned candidates expressing the challenges this overlap presents.”
Earlier, due to a clash with the Common Admission Test (CAT) and to extend the application deadline, AIBE 2023 was rescheduled from November 26 to December 3. Again, with this revision, the last dates for registration, payment, and application correction have again been extended, the schedule for which is detailed below.

As this date, December 10, clashes with AILET examination, it is expected that AIBE 18 will be postponed to December 17, 2023. However, if the decision is made to postpone AILET PG 2023, the exam for AIBE 2023 will be conducted on December 10, 2023. It shall be noted that no official communication in this regard has yet been made and hence, the candidates are advised to register and prepare for the examination as per the above dates only.
