AP POLYCET 2022: Documents Required on Exam Day

AP POLYCET 2022 Exam will be held on May 29, 2022 , for which the admit cards have been released and are available for download on the official website at polycetap.nic.in. Candidates are advised to download their admit cards at least two to three days before the examination as the rush on the website in the last few days is heavy and may cause the website to lag or crash.

The conducting body of the exam, Directorate of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, has advised the candidates so or if the website is not restored in time before the exam date, the candidate will be required to visit the helpline centre to collect their hall ticket. If a candidate fails to have AP POLYCET 2022 Hall Ticket with them on the exam day, the candidate will not be allowed to take the examination.

AP POLYCET 2022: Documents Required on Exam Day

Along with AP POLYCET Admit Card 2022, the candidate will also be required to have the details of their 10th hall ticket number, passing year, etc. The detailed information is provided below:

1. AP POLYCET 2022 Hall Ticket

• A printed copy of the admit card must be carried to the examination centre. The candidate will not be allowed inside the examination centre if only a soft is provided.
• The hall ticket must be printed on A4 sized paper only. The paper should be white and unruled.
• No tampering with the hall ticket is allowed. If found so at any point of the exam or counselling, the candidate will be disqualified from the process.
• If an error or discrepancy is found in the hall ticket, the candidate must immediately reach out to the helpline centre of the DTE AP to get their admit card corrected before the day of the exam. Erroneous admit cards may also lead to disqualification.

2. Class 10 Hall Ticket

• Although a physical copy of the candidate’s class 10 hall ticket is not required, the candidate will be required to note down their class 10th hall ticket number, year of passing of class 10th, and their date of birth.
• Candidates are also advised to keep a printout of their 10th hall ticket with them as well.

Note: AP POLYCET Hall Ticket 2022 must be preserved carefully even after the examination until the polytechnic admission process is complete.
