APREIS has cancelled the APRJC CET 2020 exam for the academic session 2020-21. The selection process will be based on Random Selection Method, i.e., Lottery Method.
APRJC CET 2020 , which is conducted to select candidates for admission in First-Year Intermediate course in AP Residential Junior Colleges has been cancelled. The entrance exam will not be conducted for the academic session 2020-21 considering the difficult circumstances due to Covid-19 pandemic. The selection of candidates will be based on the lottery method. APRJC has released the guidelines for the lottery method, and the guidelines with regard to the same can be checked below.
APRJC Lottery Method for Admission in First-Year Intermediate 2020-21
The Regional Selection Committee, which is headed by District Collector will conduct the Lottery Method, i.e., Random Selection Process (Draw of Lots). The process through which this method is conducted is explained below -
Rule 1 | The District Level Selection Committee will conduct the Draw as per the schedule. The dates will be notified soon. |

Rule 2 | APREIS will select 50 parents through Random Selection and the same will be communicated to the coordinators. The selected parents can attend the Draw of Lots process, and each parent will be paid Rs. 250 towards incidental expenses. |
Rule 3 | The entire process will be aired live on local cable networks. |
Rule 4 | The names of all the applicants should be put mentioned on slips in the presence of parents by the coordinators. |
Rule 5 | The Lottery or Draw will be conducted until the filling of category wise seats. |

During the Random Selection Process, the category wise preference or sequence will be as follows -
