- As far as educational qualification is concerned, applicants should hold a degree in engineering discipline like B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university.
- If you intend to apply for the post of project officer-I (HR), then a degree in MBA/MSW/PGHRM in HR is mandatory.
- Trainee Engineer aspirants should possess 1 year of experience, and for project engineers/officers 2 years of experience is required.
Selection Process in Bharat Electronics Recruitment drive 2023
