Eligibility Criteria for Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment

- The candidates applying for Trainee engineer should not be more than 28 years while the upper age limit for Project Engineer officer is 32 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved categories as per BEL rules.
- As far as educational qualification is concerned, applicants should hold a degree in engineering discipline like B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university.
- If you intend to apply for the post of project officer-I (HR), then a degree in MBA/MSW/PGHRM in HR is mandatory.
- Trainee Engineer aspirants should possess 1 year of experience, and for project engineers/officers 2 years of experience is required.
Selection Process in Bharat Electronics Recruitment drive 2023
The first step that will pave your way to the Bharat Electronics Recruitment process is meeting the eligibility criteria. As per the official notification, candidates will be selected based on written test and personal interview. For the written test, candidates have to answer a total of 85 marks questions while the interview will carry 15 marks. A 1:5 ratio is taken into account when shortlisting candidates for the interview round. The selection is based on criteria like discipline, merit and category.
