The demand to relax 75% criteria in JEE Main 2023 has been coming from the dropper students who did not appear for JEE Main in 2022 and 2021 but completed Class 12. Few students did not score 75% in Class 12, and in the same years, the 75% criteria for JEE was relaxed. Therefore, dropper students seek justice from the apex court as NTA did not inform them in advance that they would not be eligible for admission in 2023 if they do not have 75% in Class 12.
