BPSC 68th Prelims Exam Pattern 2023 : The Bihar Public Service Commission will conduct the BPSC 68th Prelims examination on February 12, 2023. Applicants can download the BPSC 68th Prelims examination exam pattern pdf from BPSC’s official website to learn about the important topics, marks weightage, and the marking scheme that will be followed for the upcoming BPSC examination.

Aspirants need to clear BPSC 68th Prelims, Mains, and Interview rounds to qualify for the Supply Inspector, Assistant Director, Block Panchayat Raj Officer, and Rural Development Officer roles. According to the BPSC circular, the exam pattern for BPSC 68th Prelims test will be as follows:

• The BPSC 68th Prelims examination will be conducted in pen and paper mode.

• There will be 150 MCQ questions on the question paper.

• There will be negative markings for the Prelim examination. For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. If multiple answers to a single question are found, then also 1/4th mark will be subtracted. No marks will be deducted for the unattended questions.

• Candidates will have to submit the paper within 2 hours of commencement.

• The questions will come from the History of Bihar and Indian History, General Science, Indian Polity and Economy, Events of national and international importance, Geography of Bihar, Changes in the economy of Bihar post-independence, General Mental Ability, and Indian National Movement, Role of Bihar and other related topics.
