The confusion on NEET PG 2023 postponement is continuing, and the misinterpretations on the Telangana HC order are still underway. The High Court of Telangana has not yet uploaded the official judgment copy of NEET PG 2023, and the delay has caused misunderstanding among the student. While some sources confirm that the court has rejected to involve in the matter pertaining to NEET PG 2023 postponement, Advocate Ravi Ponampelli has confirmed that students got relief and more details will be updated once the official court order is out.

CollegeDekho got in touch with Advocate Ravi Ponampelli on February 15 after the hearing, and confirmation was received that the HC asked NMC to reconsider conducting NEET PG 2023 exam on March 5. However, a fresh representation has to be made to the Ministry of Health and NMC seeking the exam postponement. There is no clarity on the aspect of whether HC ordered NMC to come up with a new exam date for NEET PG 2023 or just suggested reconsidering the decision. The delay in releasing the judgment copy by Telangana HC is leading to several misinterpretations.
