CUET UG 2024 Rescheduling of May 15 exam at Delhi exam centers

CUET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency has released an official notification regarding the rescheduling of the May 15 exam at Delhi exam centers due to some unavoidable reasons. The exam now stands postponed at all the exam centers in Delhi only. Candidates who were to appear for the exam in Delhi on May 15 will now have to appear for the exams on May 29, 2024 . Fresh admit cards will be issued by NTA through the official website soon. On May 15, Chemistry (306), Biology (304), English (101), and General Test (501) were scheduled for Shift 1A  from 10 AM to 11 AM, Shift 1B from 12:15 PM to 1 PM, Shift 2A from 3 PM to 3:45 PM, and Shift 2B from 5 PM to 6 PM respectively. The exam timings are expected to remain the same, although the exam date has now been rescheduled.

Although NTA has not specified the reasons for rescheduling of CUET UG 2024 May 15 exam, candidates shall note the reason for rescheduling as per various media sources as due to a high number of test takers, and ongoing Lok Sabha poll duties, adequate invigilators were unavailable, along with unavailability of adequate infrastructure.

Further, candidates shall note that the exam has only been rescheduled for the Delhi exam centers, and the exams for other cities as well as abroad including Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad will continue as scheduled . Candidates will appear for the Chemistry, Biology, English, and General Test through the offline mode (Pen and Paper) as scheduled.

Candidates shall note that the CUET UG 2024 answer keys will be released after the conclusion of the exams within 15 days from the last exam date. With the change in exam date, the candidates shall expect fresh sets of question papers. So, when the answer keys are released, candidates shall expect the answer keys accordingly. Additionally, the CUET UG 2024 results will also be released based on the final answer keys.
