Karnataka DCET mock allotment 2022 will be released today after 6:00 PM along with the cutoff details, and the candidates can keep their CET number ready to check the tentative admission status.

DCET Mock Allotment 2022: Candidates who have successfully completed their document verification process and exercised their option entry will be listed on the DCET Mock Allotment 2022. As per the schedule, the mock allotment will be released today, January 18th, 2023 , through the official website. The mock allotment process is merely an estimated list of seat allotments based on the options filled by the candidates as per their preferences. As per the mock allotment, the final seat allotment will be released. In case candidates are not satisfied with the mock allotment, they may make the necessary changes in their preferences. The final seat allotment will be released as per the changes made by the candidates.

Steps to Edit College Preference: DCET Mock Allotment 2022

  • Step 1: Visit the official website and login to the portal using the login details.
  • Step 2: Check the seat allotment as released by the KEA on the profile.
  • Step 3: If candidates are satisfied with the DCET Mock Allotment 2022, they need not make any changes. If candidates are not satisfied with the allotment, they may edit their college preferences.
  • Step 4: Click on the “Edit” tab on the screen.
  • Step 5: As per the seat matrix and preference, in order of preference, candidates may rearrange their choices with the first choice on top and accordingly list the rest of the preferences.
  • Step 6: Save the changes and submit them to be considered for the final seat allotment.
Candidates shall note that they may not be allotted their first preference if the seats are not available. So, it is best to first check the seat matrix, and according to the maximum seat availability, candidates should fill out their preferences.
