Delhi University's (DU) application process will be started soon for admission into the undergraduate courses. The admission into DU UG courses will be carried out based on the marks scored on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The exam concluded in the month of August and CUET UG results are expected to be announced in the month of September. Delhi University will start the application process soon after the announcement of CUET 2022 results. Delhi university has listed the documents and certificates needed to get admission into the undergraduate courses.
Until last year, admission into the DU UG courses used to be carried out based on the cut-off marks obtained in the 12th board exams. From 2022, admission into the DU will be carried out based on the marks scored in the CUET exam. Candidates looking to apply for the undergraduate course at DU need to keep the following documents ready by August 2022.
DU Admission 2022: List of Documents Required
Here is the list of documents needed by candidates during DU admission 2022:
- CUET UG scorecard
- 10th mark highlights the candidate's name, parent's name and date of birth
- 12th marks card
- Category certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ EWS/ Minority/ CW/ KM/ PwBD)
- OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
- Income certificate (if required)
- EWS certificate (the certificate needs to be issued after 31st March 2022)
- Sikh Minority Category Certificate (if required) (certificate need to be from Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC))
- Christian Minority Category Certificate (if required)
- ECC certificate ( for candidates belonging to the Widows of Personnel of the Armed Forces category)
- Disability Certificate (issued by the recognized hospital having attested photograph of the candidate)
- The relevant certificate should be provided for Supernumerary quotas like ECA (Extra Curricular Activities), sports and more
