- High School Marksheet
- 10+2/ Intermediate Marksheet
- Domicile of Madhya Pradesh
- Valid and Active Certificate issued by MP Paramedical Council.
- Caste Certificate (issued by the competent authority).
- Category Certificate (issued by the competent authority).
- If any detail is printed on the backside of any document, then candidates are advised to upload that as well.
- Candidates' experience will only be considered if they upload the proof.
Aspirants can register themselves for the post only if they meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates are advised to fill out the NHM MP ANMs Recruitment 2022 application form carefully otherwise the candidature will be cancelled immediately. Successfully registered aspirants will be issued hall tickets, two-three weeks before the commencement of the examination.
