Documents Required for Personal Information

• Photo Identification Proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Card/Driving License/Passport/Voter ID)

• Residential Proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Card/Driving License/Passport/Voter ID)

• One scanned Passport size photograph (as per mentioned in OTET Notification)

• Scanned signature on white background (as per mentioned in OTET Notification)

Documents Required for Educational Qualification for OTET 2022 Category A (Paper 1)

• Class 10th Passing Certificate from a recognised board

• Class 12th Certificate with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/PwD applicants)

• Two Year/ Four Year diploma certificate in Elementary Education (CT/D.El.Ed) or a diploma certificate in accordance with the NCTE norms 2005

• Graduation Certificate in any discipline from a recognised University

Documents Required for Educational Qualification for OTET 2022 Category B (Paper 2)

• Class 10th Passing Certificate

• Class 12th Certificate with at least 50% marks (45 % for SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/PwD applicants)

• A mandatory BA-B.Ed/B.Sc-B.Ed passing certificate from a recognised university

Additional Documents Required to Fill OTET 2022 Online Application Form

• Category Certificate (Not for General/UR category applicants)

• Disability Certificate for PwD applicants
