DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Seat Allotment 2023: As the DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Seat Allotment 2023 has now been released, candidates who have been allotted seats shall proceed to accept the seats. Candidates shall note the details of the seat acceptance process here to smoothly glide through the process. The Seat Acceptance process by DTE Maharashtra involves two stages: Stage 1 - candidates will first have to complete the seat acceptance process online, and Stage 2 - then candidates shall report to the allotted institute. To accept the seats online, the window will be open from July 29 to August 3, 2023 , and candidates shall report to the allotted institute from July 29 to August 4, 2023 .

DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Seat Allotment 2023: Instructions to be Followed

Here are the details on the seat acceptance process for the candidates to follow after the DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Seat Allotment 2023 is released:

Stage 1: Online Acceptance of Seat
  • By accepting the declaration through his login and attesting that the claims he/she made in the application form regarding qualifying marks, category, gender, reservation, specific reservation, etc. are true, the candidate must independently verify the seat allotment that was made to him or her in the first round of the CAP.
  • The candidate should register the complaint through his login, either by e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny Mode, if he or she discovered that the claim made by them is incorrect and wants to fix the error.
  • Candidates who received a seat in Round I (auto-frozen) according to their first preference must pay the seat acceptance fee online. Such candidates will not be permitted to take part in the next round.
  • If candidates have been allotted seats other than their first preference and self-froze it through their login in Round I, they shall accept the seat and pay the seat acceptance fee online. Such candidates will not be permitted to take part in the next round.
  • Candidates who received a seat other than their first preference and wish to advance to the next round must accept the seat in Round I in order to do so and must pay the seat acceptance fee online.
Stage 2: Reporting to Allotted Institute
  • All candidates who accept the seats shall mandatorily report to the allotted institute to complete the admission process by document verification and fee submission.
  • A system-generated receipt of admission confirmation and fee payment will be given to the candidate by the Institute after it has verified the necessary papers and uploaded the admission of the candidates in the online system through the Institute Login.
  • If it is discovered that an applicant's seat was assigned based on incorrect information provided in their application, the institute will not accept that candidate, and that candidate must file a complaint via e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny Mode in order to update their credentials.
