The following instructions shall be taken note of after the display of DTE MP Polytechnic Seat Allotment 2022:
- DTE MP will open a link for online self-reporting through which candidates will have to either select the ‘Accept Seat’ option or the ‘Upgradation’ option.
- If the candidate is satisfied with the current seat allocation, he/she may accept the seat and take admission to the allotted institute and branch. However, if the candidate wishes for another college, he/she may choose the upgradation option. Such candidates will be considered for Round 2 for higher choices as per their choice filling form.
- Upon selecting upgradation, candidates will have to additionally pay the partial tuition fee and portal fee for the upgradation selection to be considered valid.
- All candidates who were allotted a seat must pay the seat acceptance fee and portal fee while self-reporting. If any candidate, whether going for seat acceptance or upgradation, does not do so, their claim to the seat will be cancelled.
- Similarly, all seat-allotted candidates must also visit their allotted institute to complete the document verification process.
- It is also to be noted that the candidates who have been allotted their first preference will not have the upgradation option available. If such candidates do not take admission, they will have to re-register for Round 2 and will have no claim to the currently allotted seat afterwards.
- If the institute is upgraded in the final Round 2, the candidate will have no claim to the allotment of Round 1.
