Equal Respect : Another important lesson is that we must respect everyone. Gandhiji always believed in equality. In South Africa, he faced prejudice and hence objected to equal treatment. He imparted that everyone irrespective of their financial standing, deserves respect.
Non-Violence : Mahatma Gandhi was a preacher of non-violence. All the movements that he carried out for India’s Independence were boycotts, civil disobedience, and non-violent protests. Through his journey, we must learn to take a nonviolent approach towards anything that goes wrong against us.
