IIT Kanpur will release the GATE 2023 notification in July 2022 (tentatively). The details will be released by the authorities on the official website. Check the eligibility criteria, registration, and application fees here.
GATE 2023: As per the past trends, GATE 2023 official notification is expected to be released in July. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national level annual exam, which is conducted by IISc Bangalore and seven IITs (at Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Roorkee and Madras) on behalf of NCB-GATE for admission to Master’s program and Doctoral program in Technology/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Doctoral programs. IIT Kanpur will organize the GATE 2023 exam. Through the GATE 2023 score, the students will be able to take MTech admission to IIT, NITs and other participating colleges. Along with this, students can also use their GATE score to get recruited to Public Sector Companies.

GATE 2023 exam is scheduled to be held in the first and second week of February 2023. Students are expecting to release the GATE notification for 2023 in July 2022. Along with the notification, the GATE 2023 registration will be started. To apply for the exam, the candidates should visit appsgate.iisc.ernet.in. GATE application fee varies from one category to another.

To apply for the GATE exam 2023, the candidates should meet the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
- The candidates should complete the undergraduate course from a government recognized university/ Institute
- The candidates of final year undergraduate degree can also apply for GATE 2023
- If the candidates are pursuing/ completed their degree from countries other than India in Engineering/ Science/ Arts/ Commerce, are eligible to apply for the exam
GATE 2023 will be a computer-based test, which will be held in 3 hours. A total of 65 questions will need to be answered within the time. IIT Kanpur will soon release the GATE syllabus 2023 soon.
