GATE 2024: According to the latest announcement on X (Formerly Twitter), the deadline to edit GATE 2024 two paper combinations is November 17, 2023. Candidates must exercise the option at the GOAPS portal of either adding a second paper (without a late fee) or changing the second paper (free of cost) before the portal closes. Kindly note, that the option of editing can be used “ONLY ONCE” in the current window. The option is subject to the availability of scheduling feasibility and infrastructure at exam centres. Applicants who have already registered for GATE 2024 can click on the direct link provided below to check the two new paper combinations.

Those candidates who will exercise options at the time of modification will be charged with late fee. Furthermore, the modification of the additional two-paper combinations window might open soon on the official GATE 2024 website. The combinations are in addition to the two-paper combinations that were announced in the regular and extended periods of regular and extended application windows. Also, the GATE test papers will be in English. GATE 2024 correction window for personal details will open on November 18.

Those GATE aspirants who want to appear for 2 test papers should have a primary choice of test paper and a second test paper must be selected from the allowed combinations. No other test paper combinations, other than the ones listed by the authorities will be allowed in the initial registration (regular and extended). The exam centre for the second GATE 2024 test paper may not be the same, but it will be in the same city. The conducting body will not be held responsible for any legal obligations due to any issue related to this concern.

Note: Certain combinations might be removed by the authorities, due to unforeseen circumstances from the provided list, and the fee paid for the second test paper of such candidates will be refunded.
