GATE Result Date 2024 (Image credit: Pexels)GATE Result 2024: IISc Bangalore is scheduled to release the GATE 2024 result on March 16, 2024 , for all 30 subjects. The authority will activate the GATE result link on the official website- gate2024.iisc.ac.in . The authority has not yet declared the official time of releasing the GATE result, tentatively it is assumed to be released either in the morning or in the evening. Since, the GATE 2024 exam was held in multiple shifts, therefore the authority will follow the normalization method to maintain a parity in releasing the result.
To check the GATE 2024 result, the test takers should enter the enrollment ID/ email ID and password. Post that, the GATE scorecard for download will be available at the GOAPS login from March 23, 2024, and it will be valid for the next three years from the GATE result announcement. Candidates, who will qualify for the GATE 2024 exam, will only be eligible to download the GATE scorecard from the said date.
Along with the GATE result, the authority will release the paper-wise and category-wise GATE cutoff marks on the same date, which will be available on the official website. As per the experts, the GATE cutoff 2024 under several categories may be increased or remain the same as the previous year. The GATE cutoff 2024 depends on several factors such as the total number of available seats, the overall difficulty level of the paper, previous years’ cutoff trend and the category of the candidates.

Candidates, who will qualify for the GATE exam 2024, will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. It will be conducted by COAP and the eligible candidates can take admission to IITs and CCMT.
