GUJCET 2024 Postponed
GUJCET 2024 Exam Date:
The Gujarat Board of Secondary Education has issued an official notice regarding the revised GUJCET 2024 exam date. The board decided to revise the exam date to avoid a clash with CBSE class 12 exams that are scheduled to be conducted from February 15 to April 2. GSEB planned to conduct the GUJCET exam on April 2 initially. As the CBSE exams will conclude on April 2 for Class 12, the entrance exam date was clashing with the board exams. Therefore, GSEB has decided to advance the GUJCET exam date. As per the official notice, the revised exam date is

On March 31 (Sunday), GUJCET 2024 will take place in the morning and afternoon session. The subjects in the entrance exam include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The Biology exam takes place in the afternoon session.
Candidates aspiring for B.Tech admission in Gujarat must appear for physics, chemistry and biology subjects in GUJCET. On the other hand, candidates aspiring for admission in B.Pharmacy must appear for Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. The question paper consists of 40 questions from each subject, and the total weightage of the exam is 120 marks. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong attempt. The mode of exam is offline i.e., OMR-based.

GSEB will soon release the GUJCET 2024 application form. Usually, the online registration starts in January every year. The candidates must keep a scanned image of a passport-size photograph and signature ready by the time registration begins.
