IIM Jammu is organising the 3rd edition of the Global Leadership Summit for all the aspirants from February 26-27, 2022.
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Jammu is organising the Leadership Summit 3rd edition from February 26, 2022-February 27, 2022. The grand Leadership Summit will have influential and role model personalities from different industries, government and private. The event was inaugurated at 10:00 am on 26 February 2022. Anyone interested to join the event can apply online through the IIM Jammu official website.
The Chair of the Leadership Summit 3rd Edition is the Director, IIM Jammu, Professor BS Sahay, The Program Chair of the Event is Dr. Muqbil Burhan and the Program Co-Char is Dr. Prateek Jain. The motto of the Leadership Summit 3rd Edition will be Developing Leadership and Entrepreneurship . The institutes invite all the aspirants from all leading B-Schools to participate in the virtual platform with exclusive access.

The Leadership Summit 3rd Edition’s main theme will be “Leadership next for Atmanirbhar Bharat”. The key focus of the entire summit will be centered on making India a part of the Global Economy by self–reliance, and self-sustenance. The summit will have a panel of discussions. There will be five main panel discussions on the following topics:
“ Gig Economy: unlocking the potential of an independent Indian workforce”
“Forging an emerging leader: disrupting the status quo, Elevation”
“The Great Reset: Navigating through disruptions at the workplace”
“Envision, Empower and Exceed”
“Walking the arduous rope.”
IIM Jammu Leadership Summit will host some prominent personalities of the country. They will participate as speakers in various panel discussions throughout the summit. They are the First Woman IPS Officer and Former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, Kiran Bedi; Principal Secretary, Dept. of Industries and Commerce, Jammu & Kashmir, Rohit Kansal; Principal Secretary, Dept. of Industries and Commerce, Jammu & Kashmir, Ranjan Thakur; Co-founder, Infosys, Kris Gopalakrishnan; Co-founder, Unqbe, Papiya Banerjee; CEO, L&T Mutual Funds, Mr. Kailash Kulkarni; AVSM, VSM, Joint Secretary, Indian Navy, and Defence Staff, Rear Admiral Kapil Mohan Dhir; Managing Director, Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd., Anil Kaul; CEO, IndiaTech.org, Ramesh Kailasam; Founder, and CEO, OYO Rooms, and the Padmashri and Arjuna Award Winner, Professional Archer, Deepika Kumari.
Along with these major personalities at the summit, the Member of the Board of Governors (BoG), IIM Jammu, the President and Director of the Sirpur Paper Mills, Dr. Vijay Gambhire was also present.
