In collaboration with the University of Tulsa, USA, the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar is going to organise the 16th annual international meet on forensic science in New Delhi. The meet is set to be held from January 6 to 8, including the participants as researchers, academicians, law enforcement participants, and government officials from 10 different countries including Hong Kong, Australia, UK, USA, etc.

There will be a total of 9 sessions in the meet which will comprise of a total of 21 research paper presented on different topics such as Network Forensics, Cloud Forensics, Forensics tools and technology, Digital Forensic Models, etc. Some of the honoured personnel will deliver the keynote lectures in the meet which will include Director General, CERT-In speaking on Digital Forensics future, Lt Gen Rajesh Pant (retd), Sanjay Bahl, National Security Council Secretariat; National Cyber Security Coordinator (NSCS), and Additional Director and Scientist E, Dr Gaurav Gupta.

In context to the annual conference, Dr Gaurav Gupta stated that the ultimate motive of the meet is to give professionals from all over the world a platform to showcase their research paper on Digital Forensics implement. He further stated that the meet will help us to overcome the online fraudulent methods used by cybercriminals. The meet will also consist of a poster session which will showcase the different and interesting ideas of researchers for the same. Meanwhile, the last day of the annual conference will consist of a session solely dedicated to law enforcement people and professionals who are working in the different digital forensics department.
