The candidates who have completed the registration by December 4 will be able to edit their application forms and update their information if required. Before the link to update the JEE Main 2024 registration form is activated on the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in, the applicants must go through the important instructions shared by the agency. JEE Main Application Form Correction Jan 2024: Important Instructions
The agency has shared a separate notice regarding the guidelines and the list of information that will be allowed to be changed/ update in the registration form. Check the list of the details here below:
- No candidate will be allowed to submit a fresh application. Only the registration forms submitted by December 4 will be available to change
- Candidate Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, email address, permanent address, and correspondence address are not allowed to be edited
- For Aadhaar-verified candidates, details like name of parents (anyone only), Category, Sub-Category, Test city and medium, qualification details, and courses opted will be available to be updated
- For Non-Aadhaar verified applicants, only the name of parents (anyone only), Category, Sub-Category, Test city and medium, qualification details, and courses opted will be available to be changed/rectified
