The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore is hiring Academic Interns who will be required to provide Online Classroom Support . As the educational institutions throughout the country have been forced to shut their doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, institutes such as IIMB have made a shift to online education to ensure that the learning of students is not interrupted.
These 'Academic Interns' will be hired as support staff for the online education programme of IIM Bangalore. This is a golden opportunity for candidates as it offers a chance to be trained while gaining work experience at one of the most prestigious MBA colleges in India . What's more, the internship comes with a handsome stipend of Rs. 35,000 per month .
The duration of this internship is 3 months . However, it may be extended to 6 months, depending on the requirements of the institute.

Eligibility Criteria for IIMB Academic Intern Recruitment
Only the candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post of Academic Intern at IIMB must apply. The details are given below.
- Candidate must have completed an MBA or PGDM or any other Master's / Postgraduate degree in any field.
Candidates must be comfortable with computers and have a good knowledge of software such as MS Officer, ZOOM, Teams, Webex and other online education apps.
Candidates are required to have good written and verbal English communication skills.
Candidates will be required to adapt the style of online facilitation to the structure of the session or the demand of the participants.
