JEE Main January 2023 Change in City: National Testing Agency has informed candidates appearing for JEE Exam 2023 about the change in city option. All the candidates whose examination centre in Kanpur can change the city to Moradabad as per the request made by the candidates. The city change option will be available till 24th January 2023 at 12 PM. Candidates whose exam is scheduled to be held on 25th January 2023 can opt for the change. The notice was circulated on the candidate's registered email id. Authorities are also making auto calls to inform the candidate related to the change in city options. Candidates looking to opt for the change can write to jeemain23@nta.ac.in.

JEE Main January 2023 city change announcement was made after students from Moradabad obtained a centre in Kanpur. Most of the students send a request asking NTA to change the city to Moradabad. The circular was released on 22nd January and was sent to the candidate at their registered email address. All the students who have to appear for the JEE Main Session 1 Exam 2023 on 25th January in Kanpur can seek for the city change to Moradabad.
However, if a candidate is comfortable and decides to appear for the exam in Kanpur and makes the travel arrangement for the same can appear at the allocated venue. The candidate can ask for the change in venue on 24th January 2023 at 12 Noon. In 2023 a total of eight lakh sixty thousand candidates have registered for the exam. Among them, 70% of the applicant are male candidates and 30% are female candidates.
