Those candidates who registered for Jharkhand 2023 counselling between July 8 to 14, 2023, can visit the official portal to check out the seat allotment list on the specified date. The seat allotment list will have the names of the qualified candidates and the colleges that they have been allotted based on their merit and preferences. Candidates will be able to access the seat allotment list by signing in to their login dashboard with their registered credentials.

After the seat allotment list is released, candidates will have to download their Round 1 provisional seat allotment letter from the official website between July 21 to July 27, 2023. Candidates need to report to the concerned college with the seat allotment result and the letter between July 21 to July 27, 2023, for admission and document verification process.
Note: The seat allotment letter will include the counselling registration number, application number, candidate’s name, date of birth, category, category rank, allotted sub-quota, course allotted, and institute allotted to the candidates.
