Karnataka DCET 2017 Results Announced

The KEA or Karnataka Examination Authority has declared the results of DCET or Diploma Common Entrance Test 2017. KEA conducted DCET 2017 on July 2, 2017, and around 25,000 candidates appeared for the examination. The provisional answer keys of DCET 2017 were out on July 13, 2017. DCET 2017 is a B.Tech Lateral Entry entrance examination conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority. Along with results, KEA has also released the final answer keys.

Here is the process to check DCET 2017 results: -

  • For checking the DCET 2017 results, one must log in to the official website of Karnataka Examination Authority.
  • The link for checking DCET 2017 results is functional now.
  • One can find the results link on the homepage.
  • Open the results link and select the examination, i.e., DCET 2017.
  • Now, the candidates have to enter the DCET 2017 roll number for checking the results.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ or ‘Enter’ to check the results.
  • The candidates can take the printout of DCET 2017 result sheet.

In Karnataka, there are around 700 government and private technical institutes that offer B.Tech lateral entry course in various disciplines. With a valid DCET 2017 score and rank, the candidates can directly enroll for 2nd-year B.Tech course.

KEA will display the fee structure and seat matrix on August 8, 2017. On the other hand, the process for filling the options will begin on August 12, 2017. Firstly, KEA will release the mock allotment on August 16, 2017, followed by first round seat allotment results.
