KCET 2021 Option Entry Closing on November 16: Important Points to Note

KCET 2021 option entry will be closing on November 16. The dates for mock allotment and Round 1 seat allotment have been confirmed. Once the option entry closes, the dates for further stages of KCET 2021 counselling shall be confirmed.. Candidates who have filled the option form must note that 16th November is the last date to make changes/ edit the same. Only those candidates whose options are saved shall be eligible for the seat allotment process.

November 15, 2021: KCET 2021 seat allotment dates have been released , and the option entry has been extended till November 16

November 11 2021 : The last date for KCET 2021 option entry has been extended till November 13

November 8, 2021: KCET 2021 mock allotment is set to be released soon

As the option entry process of KCET 2021 is closing today, here are the important points that the candidates need to consider to avoid the last-minute rush –

• Make sure that you had filled the option form as per your rank and previous years’ KCET cutoff
• If you are looking for admission to colleges that are located in your region, make sure that you had chosen those colleges located in your region as the first 5-10 options in the option entry form
• Check whether the choices filled by you are saved. If not, save the options
• There will be a chance to edit the options after the mock allotment. Therefore, the candidates are not required to worry about the editing process
• Once the mock allotment result is out, alter the choices/ change the priority number based on the mock allotment
• Do not share your secret key and password with anyone and preserve the same till the conclusion of the seat allotment process
