Kerala Polytechnic Seat Allotment 2022: The Directorate of Technical Education Kerala released Kerala Polytechnic First Seat Allotment 2022 on August 30 along with the final rank list and last index rank. The link to check the seat allotment and the final rank list has been activated at polyadmission.org, and the candidates can check the same through the direct link available here. The last date to report/join the allotted college for the first allotment is September 03, 2022. The candidates will have to download the seat allotment letter after accepting the seat. Candidates can download their Kerala Polytechnic Allotment Letter 2022 using their login credentials i.e., Application Number or Mobile Number and Date of Birth. It is advised to cross-check the details mentioned in the allotment list and allotment letter. In case of any discrepancy, it shall be reported to the directorate.

The cutoff or the last index in the first allotment can be accessed through the link attached below. Candidates have to select District, Polytechnic College, Diploma Programme, and Quota to check the institute & branch’s last index position as per the first allotment.

Seat Acceptance Process after Kerala Polytechnic First Allotment 2022
The following process is to be adapted after the first seat allotment result is out:
- Candidates who are allotted their first preference, institute as well as a branch, have to mandatorily accept their seat. Such candidates are ineligible for further rounds even if they do not accept the seat.
- If a candidate is satisfied with their allotted seat, even if it is not their first preference, the candidate can join their allotted college by cancelling all other higher options.
- If a candidate is unsatisfied with their allotted seat, they may go for higher options but to retain the allotted seat, such candidates shall register themselves at any polytechnic college and go through the document verification process. If such candidates directly opt for higher options (without registration and document verification), their allocated seats will stand cancelled.
- The seat acceptance, reporting, etc. must be done before September 03.
- The candidates who wish to join their allotted college have to compulsorily report at their allotted institutes only with their allotment letter, required fees, and all the documents required for the document verification.
- The candidates who wish to go for higher options but also wish to retain their seat can report to any nearby government/aided polytechnic college with their allotment letter and other documents for the document verification process.
