The registration process for AIMA MAT 2016 examination will conclude on November 29, 2016. The candidates who are yet to submit the printout of the application form must submit the same by today (offline mode), November 29, 2016. The last date for submitting online application form was closed on November 26, 2016.
The admit card for MAT 2016 examination will be available for download from December 3, 2016 onwards. The examination will take place in both online and offline mode. The paper based (offline) examination will be held on December 11, 2016. The computer based exam (online) will take place on December 17, 2016.

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is an entrance examination that is conducted for the admission to MBA programmes at various B-Schools across the country. MAT was approved as a national-level entrance test in the year 2003 by Ministry of Human Resource and Development and Government of India.

Examination Pattern: -
- The question paper consists of 200 objective type questions.
- All the questions are based on Indian and Global Environment, Critical Thinking, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Mathematical Skills and Language Comprehension.
- The duration of the examination is 2 ½ hours.
The paper based (offline) examination will take place at 22 centres across the country. The offline exam will also be held in Dubai and Singapore. The computer based (offline) examination will be held at 12 centres across the country. MAT is conducted four times in a year. Every year, the test takes place in the months of February, May, September and December.
