The plea is seeking to postpone NEET PG 2023 exam by at least 3-4 months so that gap between the exam date and counselling will be reduced. The counsel of petitioners even informed the court that the doctors are working 24/7 and they could not prepare for the exam due to the unrealistic exam times of NBE
The counsel of the petitioners informed the court that the decision to extend the internship till August 31 was taken 25 days before the exam
The major argument happened regarding the internship date
The Judges argued that if a decision is taken for the benefit of 45,000 aspirants, it might impact other students who have been preparing for the exam
NBE responded that it could not postpone the exam as all the arrangements have been done, and it could lead to chaos
