The verification of documents for M.Phil in Hindi and English courses will take place on January 9, 2017. Earlier, the verification of documents was scheduled to be held on January 8, 2017. As there is a competitive examination on January 8, the verification of documents has been postponed for one day. The candidates whose names have been shortlisted need to report to the concerned departments along with original mark sheets, application form and other necessary documents.

Anil Mishra, Admission Coordinator, revealed that due to a competition examination on January 8, 2017, the verification process has been rescheduled to January 9, 2017. The candidates need to note that the admission will be confirmed only after depositing the admission fee. For this purpose, the candidates need to login to the official site. Lucknow University accepts only online payments as admission fee. However, registration number and password are essential to pay the admission fee. The candidates can pay the admission fee from January 10 to 12, 2017.

In case, if the candidates forgot the password, they need not worry. They can click on 'forgot password' option and can regenerate the password by entering the registration number. The candidates will receive the password on their registered mobile number.
After the payment of admission fee, the candidates can download the allotment letter and an online fee receipt. These candidates need to report to the concerned department on the date notified. The candidates need to carry the allotment letter on the day of reporting.
This year, Lucknow University is conducting admission process for M.Phil in Hindi and English only. Usually, LU offers ten courses in M.Phil.
