Madras University Distance UG, PG December 2018 Results Out

Madras University has released the exam results of Distance Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. The exams for these courses took place in December 2018. The Distance UG/PG results are available on the official website of the University of Madras.

• The results are available only on the official results portal of Madras University - Institute of Distance Education.
• For checking results, students will have to open the official results of Madras University.
• If you do not know the web address of the results portal, just type ‘Madras University Institute of Distance Education Results’ on Google
• The first or second link in the search results will direct you to the official results portal of Madras University.
• Enter the ‘Registration Number’ in the column
• Now, click on the button that indicates ‘Get Marks’
• The result will be displayed
• Take the printout of the results sheet
• The varsity will soon issue a mark list to the students

After the varsity announced results on the official website, the server stopped responding due to heavy traffic. The varsity has resolved the technical glitch, and the website is functional now.

Last year, the varsity took the decision to revive the placement cell . The varsity wanted to streamline the placement process and keep a track on the student placements. At present, only a few departments of varsity maintain placements data of the students. Apart from the placement cell, the varsity planned to maintain a wide alumni network.
