- Begin by registering yourself on the official website with the link provided above or present on the official website as "New Registration". If you have already registered, then log in from "Registered Candidate Login".
- Fill in all the relevant details including personal and educational information.
- Upload the required documents in the specified format.
- Pay the application fee via online payment methods only such as credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI.
- Finally, submit the application form and print a hard copy of the Maharashtra DSE application form.
- Without the payment of the application fee, the application form will not be considered.

Maharashtra DSE 2023 Online Certificate Verification
Now there are two methods by which the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra verifies the documents of the candidates. The first is e-scrutiny or the online mode and the second one is physical scrutiny or the offline mode. Here we shall discuss the process of e-scrutiny:
- In the online document verification, candidates fill out the online application form and upload the original documents from a computer device. Avoid using a mobile phone to do so.
- Candidates need not visit any venue or facilitation/scrutiny centre to get the documents verified.
- The document verification is done completely online by the authorities.
- Now in this case there are two things that happen: one is the documents get verified successfully hence confirming the application of the candidate, otherwise, if any error is found, the details of the errors are intimated to the candidates by reverting back their application form for rectification.
- Once the correction is done candidates can submit the application for e-scrutiny through their login within a certain time period.
