As part of its 7th convocation, BML Munjal University celebrated its class of 2022 graduation on the 2nd of September, 2022. There were 318 graduates in the fields of B Tech, B. Com (Hons), BBA & MBA, and PhD.
As part of its 7th convocation, BML Munjal University celebrated its class of 2022 graduation on the 2nd of September, 2022. There were 318 graduates in the fields of B Tech, B. Com (Hons), BBA & MBA, and PhD after successfully completing their academic programmes. Students from the 7th cohort received their certificates from the Guest of Honour Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman – Aditya Birla Group, surrounded by the Chancellor, Mr. Sunil Kant Munjal, the Vice Chancellor, Mr. Manoj K Arora, the Pro-Chancellor, Mr. Akshay Munjal, as well as the faculty, friends, and proud families.
Chief Guest, Mr Kumar Mangalam Birla was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree (Honoris Causa) by the Chancellor, Mr Sunil Kant Munjal, and the Vice Chancellor, Mr Manoj K Arora.
Chancellor Manoj K Arora of BMU welcomed the audience with a note of welcome. It was his pleasure to address the graduating batch and the esteemed gathering and congratulate the students on their achievements, as well as talk about the accomplishments of the faculty and the university. A message of thanks was given on the occasion to the newest graduates.
Aditya Birla Group chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla addressed the young minds, saying, "I truly believe that human contact is rare and can never be duplicated. Graduating batches always have a vibrancy and energy that is unmatched. As I look around, I see so many young faces bright with excitement and energy. The opportunity to speak at an institution dedicated to the principles and values of distinguished BML Munjal Ji is an honor. The entrepreneurial spirit he embodied still lives on in your institution."
The event also celebrated the awarding of the prestigious Dr Brijmohan Lall Munjal Award to two students- Shivang Ahuja and Batchu Rutthwik. An award like this embodies the ethos and values of the Institute's Founder and its Board of Directors. A total of seven meritorious students were also honored with the Academic Excellence Medals during the ceremony.
