The practical exams of the MagadhUniversity (MU) have been postponed due to the upcoming elections in the state of Bihar.
The practical exams have been postponed, to be rescheduled later after the elections are over. The practical exams have been postponed because a large no of teachers would be busy in the polling duty.
It is noteworthy that the MU Degree III practical exams were scheduled to be started from 22nd April 2016. However, the unavailability of a large number of teaching staffs on the examination centre has made it difficult for the colleges of the university to conduct the exams in a proper manner.
Several teachers having access to the district administration were allotted single day poll duty as a patrolling magistrate but most of the senior teachers have been assigned duty for two to three phases of polling.
The majority of the science faculty members informed that the Magadh University (MU) administration has put up a list of the examiners to all the constituent colleges of the university, in order to conduct the Degree Part III (Hons) practical according to the programmes from 21st April 2016 & submit the result mark - sheets latest by 30th April 2016, to the MU examination office.
