NEET 2022 Application Form Correction window is now open. NTA is providing a one-time opportunity for all its registered candidates to make changes to their application forms. Candidates who have successfully completed the application process will only be eligible to access the correction window. Also, candidates must note that a few particulars may only be allowed to edit or modify. The NTA advises all its candidates to log in to the portal and verify the details on the application form and make any modifications if necessary. Later, any requests for changes will not be entertained by the authorities.

NEET 2022 Application Form Correction: Instructions
Only a few selected particulars in the application form can be edited/modified. Candidates must ensure that they carefully check all the details mentioned in the application form and make all the necessary corrections if allowed. Here are the details of what candidates will be allowed to edit in the NEET 2022 Application Form Correction:
- All the details will be available for modification, except for Mobile No, Email Address, Permanent Address, Correspondence Address, and Nationality of the candidate.
- For the candidates whose Aadhar is verified, fields mentioning the Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, and Gender, which are verified cannot be edited. If the details are not verified, candidates can modify these details as well.
- Candidates' Father’s Name or Mother’s Name can be edited if the Aadhar is verified. However, only one of them will be allowed, and not both.
- Also, for Aadhar verified candidates, either the name of the parents can be edited or the uploaded photograph or signature. Both the changes will not be allowed.
- Further, candidates can either change their category or re-upload their category certificates and not both. Similarly for Sub-Category (PwD) candidates can either change their category or re-upload their documents.
- Unverified Aadhar candidates will be allowed to modify the Name of the Candidate or Father’s Name or Mother’s Name (any one). Again, either these may be changed or the photograph or signature of the candidate. Any one will be allowed to change and not both.
Note: For a few changes, an application fee may be charged. Candidates must pay the additional charges to complete the changes. Additional fees may be paid through Debit/Credit card, Net Banking/UPI/Paytm.
