The National Testing Agency (NTA) has already declared the NEET 2023 exam date , which is scheduled to be held on May 7, 2023, in offline mode. However, the authority has not yet released the official notification and NEET 2023 application form . It will be released soon on the official website, tentatively by December 2022. As per the past year’s trends, the NEET application form 2023 needs to be filled in online mode. To apply for the exam, the candidates should meet the eligibility criteria. Before submitting the application form, the candidates should pay the NEET application fees using a credit card/ debit card/ net baking.

NEET 2023 Application Form: Required Details and Documents
Before starting to fill NEET 2023 application form, the candidates are advised to keep ready the following documents.
- A valid email ID and active mobile number
- Class 10 and 12 marks details, school, board, subjects ad year of passing
- Aadhar card number or any other valid ID proof
- Bank account/ debit card/ credit card/ UPI details for NEET application fee payment

Candidates should upload the scanned copies of the following documents while filling the NEET application form 2023-
- Passport-sized and postcard-sized photo
- Signature
- Left and right-hand fingers and thumb impressions
- Category certificates (if any)
- Scanned copy of the class 10 passing certificate
- Citizenship certificate issued by the embassy, in pdf format
