The National Testing Agency will very soon start the NEET UG application form 2023 fill-up process, tentatively in January 2023. Candidates interested in applying for the NEET UG exam should visit the official website, neet.nta.nic.in on or before the last date. Along with the NEET UG application form fill up, the candidates should enter their personal details, preferable exam cities, and educational details, and the uploading of images and documents. For successfully submitting the NEET UG application form, the candidates should pay the NEET UG 2023 application fees. According to the official confirmation, NEET UG 2023 exam is going to be conducted on May 7, 2023.

Along with the NEET UG application form 2023 fill-up process, the candidates should upload the following required documents.
- Valid mobile number and email address
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheet, certificate, roll number, and school address
- Parents' name
- Aadhaar number (last 4 digits)
- Scanned images of passport-sized photograph, signature, left thumb impression, Class 10 passing certificate
- Credit/ debit card, UPI payment gateway, Net banking details
