TS PECET 2020 - No Skill Test to be conducted

Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test (TS PECET) Convenor Professor V Satyanarayana announced on Thursday to do away with the Skill Test part of the TS PECET exam which will be conducted this year. According to him, the decision to not conduct the skill test, which on other days would carry 100 marks, was taken to ensure that minimum physical distancing is maintained during the conduct of the TS PECET examination for this year.

However, the remaining exam pattern for TS PECET 2020 is going to remain the same, added the Convenor. There will be a physical efficiency test, which is conducted for 400 marks, for those candidates who mark their presence in the test centres as per the norms. The 100 marks award certificate weightage will also see no changes.

Mahatma Gandhi University Nalgonda has been earmarked as the centre where the Physical Efficiency Test for 400 marks will be conducted as soon as everything falls back to their normal place, said the Convenor.
