SAMS Odisha will release the +3 Second Selection List on July 27, 2023. Aspirants can access and download the second merit list from here once it has been released.

Candidates who did not find their names in the first list can check the second selection list for a chance to secure a seat. Upon selection, candidates must choose between the Float, Slide, and Freeze options. Before the admission process, candidates need to produce an Intimation letter, which will specify the date and time for admission.

How to Check Odisha +3 Second Selection List 2023
To check the Odisha +3 Second Selection List 2023, follow these steps:
- Click on the link above or go to the official SAMS Odisha website at samsodisha.gov.in.
- Click on the +3 Degree link and then select the Second Selection Merit List option.
- Provide the required information and click on the show button.
- The merit list will be displayed, and candidates can search for their names.
- The merit list will be in the form of an Excel file, containing the College Name, District Name, Category Wise Selection Marks, College Code, etc.
Odisha +3 Second Selection Float, Slide, and Freeze
During the admission process, candidates must choose from the following options:
- Float: Applicants who accepted the allocated seat but desire better Honors in higher preferences within the same HEI (Higher Education Institution).
- Slide: Students who accepted the allocated seat but aim for improved Honors and HEI options in higher preferences.
- Freeze: Candidates content with the assigned seat, both HEI and Honors.
SAMS Odisha + 3 2023 Intimation Letter
Selected candidates must carry the Odisha +3 Intimation Letter to the Destination HEI on the specified date and time. The Intimation Letter will indicate the status of the selected college. Candidates need to pay the admission fee to obtain the Intimation Letter, which can be downloaded from the SAMS portal.
