Odisha Plus 2 First Selection Merit List 2023: Department of School & Mass Education has released the merit list for round 1 today 6th July 2023. In order to view the merit list, candidates must enter the required login information. The candidate's name, application number, and designated upper secondary school will be listed on the Odisha Plus 2 Merit List for 2023. In contrast, if a candidate is dissatisfied with the Odisha Plus 2 Merit List 2023 Round 1 then he or she can select the sliding process to participate for the subsequent round of counselling. If a candidate is content with the allotted seat then he or she needs to update the admission status.

Odisha Plus 2 First Selection Merit List 2023: Slide-UP Process

• To enable students to be chosen into higher "Choice of preference" HSS for further selections and the production of merit lists, a slide-up request mechanism is used throughout the admission period.
• A candidate's case will be taken into consideration for sliding up to a higher option during the second selection and SPOT selection merit list if vacancies emerge if they were chosen and admitted in their lowest "Choice of preference" HSS (in first selection).
• The applicant's SAMS e-Space login will only have access to the Slide up Request form once the applicant's admission to the desired Higher Secondary School has been updated. The applicant's SAMS e-Space will display the Slide up Request link on the left side menu. To submit, click the Slide up Request link.
• Those who used the slide-up option will be given consideration for entry into the higher "Choice of preference" HSS based on available positions and merit.
• If chosen, they will receive an automatic HSSLC, and after reporting and submitting the necessary admission fees and documentation, they must be admitted to the higher "Choice of Preference" (slide-up) Higher Secondary School online via SAMS. The applicant's information will be fully deleted from the previously accepted HSS.
