NTA has re-opened the form correction process for JEE Main 2021 Phase 3 & 4. The number of exam centres for the last two phases of JEE Main has been increased from 660 to 828. The candidates will have the option to choose the exam city that is in close proximity to their location. To facilitate the chance of exam city/ centre in the application form, NTA has opened the form correction portal through which the candidates can not only edit the application form but also change the exam city. Apart from this, the candidates will be allocated staggered time slots for reporting at the exam centre to avoid overcrowding.

JEE Main 2021 Phase 3 is scheduled to be conducted from July 20 to 25, and Phase 4 is scheduled from July 27 to August 2. Candidates who are yet to register for the exam can submit the online application form on or before July 8 for Phase 3 and July 12 for Phase 4. This will be the last chance to submit the application form/ make corrections/ change exam city, and the registration portal will not be re-opened after July 12.
NTA will make sure that all the exam centres shall be properly sanitized before each shift. A face mask will be provided to all test takers at the exam centre. The reporting process at JEE Main exam centres will be time-slot based so that there would be no overcrowding at the time of reporting. The reporting time will be mentioned on admit card. The seat in the exam hall shall be allocated as per the social distancing norms.
