Addressing the students at the convocation ceremony of Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University , President of India, Shri. Ram Nath Kovind urged the students to set up their own ventures and generate employment opportunities. He wants to see a nation where there are more job creators and entrepreneurs.

Honourable President of India praised the varsity for its outstanding performance in academic, sports and extracurricular activities. Similarly, the employability rate of students who graduated from the varsity is high and almost every graduate from the varsity has been employed. It is time for the varsity to motivate students towards entrepreneurship and employment, he added.

Whenever President of India addresses the students, he lays major emphasis on research and entrepreneurship. He motivates students to incubate new ideas and figure out solutions for the various challenges that are being faced by the society. According to him, start-up and entrepreneurship culture must be inculcated in the minds of youth.

Recently, Union HRD Minister assured the disabled students that the central government would soon set up a Central University for disabled students . The university will not only deliver quality education but also offer employment opportunities to divyang students.

A recent survey revealed that less than 1% of educational institutes in India are disabled-friendly . Many institutes do not have enough facilities that could accommodate disabled students. The differently-abled students aspire for barrier-free education and the majority of the educational institutes do not cope with the aspirations of divyang students. Recently, Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi urged the educational institutes to set up ramps and elevators for disabled students.
